How long does my order take to ship?

Orders ship out in 1-2 days, unless otherwise stated. All domestic orders ship USPS Priority shipping which takes 2-4 days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We ship internationally! We ship via Pirate Ship international.

We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred by your country.

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer returns, all sales are final.

Are Other* Pedals under warranty?

We will fix any issue we can at our cost, if it’s an issue with construction or function. We will likely fix most other issues too, assuming you aren’t a jerk about it. We may ask you to cover shipping if you did something silly to break your pedal, maybe not, depends on the cool factor of your story.

Can you track down my pedal in the mail? 

All orders come with a tracking number, that is all we can provide. We cannot offer refunds for pedals lost in the mail. The only thing we can do is search the same tracking number that is provided to you. We have no special relationship with the mail carrier.
