S+W is a tweaked up one-knob fuzz, which is itself a fuzz face with only a volume control. S+W has part footprints for 1/2W resistors and 15mm film capacitors so you can get your mojo on. 1/4W resistors and smaller box caps will work fine, just gently bend the legs accordingly.
Try any NPN silicon transistors you like, just mind the pinout. BC337 also sound nice but require a 180 degree rotation. Get yourself a cheap transistor tester if you don’t have one. Don’t trust images or datasheets you find online to always be correct, verify it yourself.
This is a great starter PCB, with only one knob and very few parts. Don’t be afraid to try it!
